Virtual Addiction and Trauma Therapy in Ontario

I approach therapy as a collaborative process to help you achieve your goals. I have experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with client's through WSIB, Veteran's Affairs Canada, Canadian Armed Forces, the Ontario Medical Association, private insurance or self-pay. I work with many first responders, active and inactive members of the military, healthcare professionals as well as the general public.

Personally, I have been in recovery myself for over eight years. I do not share this to claim that this makes me a more capable therapist, but because owning my recovery is important to me and I do not feel the need to hide it. I also strive to try to break the stigma of addiction.

I have experience treating addiction and concurrent disorders with addiction in both in patient and out patient settings. I work with adults who live with anxiety,  trauma, PTSD, relationship issues and day to day stress, as well as relationship counseling with couples.
